Support includes remote assistance, updates, and basic training. On-site support (if required) may be chargeable. Support is available only during working hours.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, we are not liable for data loss caused by factors beyond our control such as server failures, hacking, or user-side issues.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse of the system.
DigiSchool ERP is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business due to system downtime, misuse, or any unforeseen technical issues.
