4. Subscription, Payments & Renewal

  • Subscription plans may include one-time setup charges and annual renewal fees.
  • All payments made to DigiSchool ERP are non-refundable.
  • Services may be suspended if payment is delayed or incomplete.

5. Support Policy

Support includes remote assistance, updates, and basic training. On-site support (if required) may be chargeable. Support is available only during working hours.

6. Data Ownership & Usage

  • All school data remains the property of the respective institution.
  • DigiSchool ERP may store, backup, and process this data to provide services.
  • We do not sell or misuse any user data.

7. Data Backup & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, we are not liable for data loss caused by factors beyond our control such as server failures, hacking, or user-side issues.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing login details with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineering the software
  • Using the software for illegal activities

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse of the system.

10. Limitation of Liability

DigiSchool ERP is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business due to system downtime, misuse, or any unforeseen technical issues.

We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
